Cancellation Policy
At Mands Massages, we value your time as well as ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance.​
More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge.
Between 24 and 48 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost, plus taxes, will be charged.
Same-day cancellations or missed appointments: 100% of the session cost, plus taxes, will be charged.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which allow us to provide the best possible service to all of our clients.
